RECIEVEING EDITED AND NON-EDITED
Lifestyle Services+ Other services- Once the shoot is over, staff will send a link with your unedited and edited pictures. You will have 24 hours to download it till it expires and it won't be available!!

Studio shoots ONLY- Once the shoot is over staff will send an unedited link for you to download.You will have 24 hours to download it till it expires. ONCE RECEIVED PLEASE CHOOSE THE NUMBER OF PHOTOS YOU WANT TO BE EDITED THEN SEND IT TO STAFF. You will have 30 minutes-1 Hour to do so or they will be chosen by staff after the link has been sent out.
REQUEST & APPROVAL
Once you request a booking, it's just a request it must be approved. Once the deposit has been sent the service will be approved, check your email for confirmation.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are required for booking, no deposit no shoot. The 50% deposit is securing your booking and can not be transferred to another service.
REFUNDS
There are no refunds for deposits unless the camera malfunctions and the staff is unavailable or is at fault. Refunds are not given because your "unsatisfied" with the photo(s) or video, look at prior work before booking.
LATE FEES
Late fees apply for all services. Refer to the late fees policy on the booking form at the top of the booking page at checkout.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling is allowed for lifestyle shoots but must be rescheduled 4 hours before the booked time if available for a later date or time.
Rescheduling for studio shoots is allowed but must be rescheduled 24 hours before the booked time if available for a later date or time.

OTHER SERVICES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE RESCHEDULED!!

IF NOT MET BY THE OR 24 HOUR MARK OF YOUR BOOKING YOU MAY PAY THE $45 FEE OR IT WILL BE CANCELLED.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be done 6 hours before all services. Cancellation by the consumer is not subject to a refund.
AGE REQUIREMENT
The age requirement is 18+, under the age will require to have parent/guardian present. Must be age-appropriate attire.
